Corrugated Beam Form

Manufactured from heavy duty polypropylene, Corrugated Beam Form provides the contractor
with a rapid and cost effective method of constructing on-site concrete ground beams and pile caps. CBF can be supplied in standard sheets or tailor made.

The system has the following benefits over traditional timber or steel pan construction.
  • Requires less excavation than traditional shuttering
  • Can be delivered to site tailor made ready for installation
  • Easily installed and assembled by unskilled labour
  • Dispenses with shutter stripping, cleaning or release agents
  • Easily adaptable for variations on site
